8 Steps To Effective Visualization So Powerful It Can Completely Change Your Life

Here are the 8 most powerful steps to successful visualization:

1.     Find a quiet, peaceful place where you can be alone for 30-40
 minutes, without distractions.

2.     Get comfortable. It's best if you can wear comfortable,
 loose-fitting clothing. Take a seat in a comfortable chair. A solid chair with
 adequate back support is best. The key here is to sit up straight and be
 comfortable.

3.     Do a deep breathing exercise. Close your eyes and relax. Breathe in
 deeply and slowly. When your lungs are full, simply hold your breath
 for 5-10 seconds. Exhale... and hold your breath again for 5-10 seconds.
 Repeat this process 3-5 times, focusing only on your breath.

4.     As you begin your visualization session, it's important to relax and
 clear your mind. Free yourself of any competing thoughts. As thoughts
 come to the surface, let them float away as you allow yourself to reach
 a deeper level of relaxation. Don't ponder any thought. Just recognize
 it and let it float on by.

        Your goal here is to reach a totally relaxed state of mind. You want a
 mind that's uncluttered and open to the suggestion. A quiet mind offers
 no random thoughts... and therefore no resistance. Release any
 thoughts, worries, or concerns and you will have created a fertile ground for
 the positive thoughts offered in your visualization session.

5.     See yourself in possession of the results you seek. Feel the
 euphoria... the joy... the rush of excitement. Imagine other people
 congratulating you on your accomplishment. Rejoice in the feeling and hold onto
 that specific purely pleasurable feeling for as long as you can. What
 you're doing here is creating a spiritual prototype of the goal you seek.
 If you can imagine it vividly and feel it fully, you'll have it.

6.     While in this joyful state, express your gratitude. Be thankful for
 your life and your connection to infinite power. Give thanks for
 everyone who has crossed your path. Give thanks for everything -- even the
 challenges because it all contributed to who you are today.

7.     Visualize the action steps you can take today to move you closer to
 your goal. What can you do today to take you in the right direction?
 Picture yourself doing it. Now see yourself at the end, after having
 accomplished each action step. Feel the exhilaration of accomplishment.
 Rejoice in the feeling of completing another highly successful day.

8.     Slowly bring yourself back to your present moment awareness. Wiggle
 your toes... and slowly open your eyes. Move your hands so you feel
 your physical environment. You may be back where you were physically when
 you started, but you're a changed individual. Let your vision merge
 with your current physical reality but maintain those positive, euphoric
 feelings in your heart and you'll sail through the day and get a lot
 more accomplished too.
