The Power Of Intention

It's true! You can get what you want out of life and few things are beyond your reach. But often the biggest stumbling block isn't caused by an unknown enemy. Its cause lies within. Self doubt is a killer of dreams. But there's an easy way to defeat this demon every time and the secret is to use the power of intention.

Intention gives your goals substance. It turns wishful thinking into a definite destination, from which a concrete plan of action can emerge.

The real power of intention is that t makes your goal a definite target. It's something that is no longer questioned and every time you think of having attained it, it generates positive feelings.

Protect your intention by keeping it to yourself. Telling others early on dissipates the energy. Be aware and on guard. Don't let outside negative influences drag you down.

Once you've set your intention, do not waiver - not even for a moment. Simply map out a plan and then take the next step. Action is the key. But the only actions that matter are those that are in alignment with your intention.

Start today from right where you are. There will never be a better time and today is in fact, irreplaceable. So set your intention and carve it in stone. Where you are today is the starting gate. But your intention represents the finish line because that's exactly where you're going. Stay focused and don't get distracted. You want your subconscious mind to grab hold of the idea.

Think about where you're going and not where you've been. Hoist the image of your intention realized on the screen of your mind. Each time you do this, the power of intention increases in strength and power.

But when you entertain contrary thoughts and feelings, your intention becomes weaker because the signal is unclear. When this happens your results are mediocre at best. Correct your course by focusing on your outcome and let the power of this irreversible intention take hold.
