7 More Creative Visualization Techniques Guaranteed To Help You Get AnythingYou Want
by VisualizationFX.com

1. Creative visualization begins with a clear mind. That's a necessary
first step. Most of us have so many thoughts going on simultaneously
that it's difficult, if not impossible to focus to any degree on just one
thought. To succeed in any endeavour, you need to be able to
concentrate. Without concentration, you cannot perform at your best, nor can you
effectively use the invaluable technique of creative visualization to
improve your life.

To get what you want you have to be willing to suspend all other
competing thoughts and concerns. Nothing else should even exist for you
during your creative visualization or imagination session. Any outside noise
and internal thoughts that take your mind off your target must be
filtered out.

2. Establish your clear vision. Deciding what you want and then making
a commitment to it is step number two.

Begin by writing down all the things you think you want. Don't edit
yourself -- just let the ideas flow and capture them on paper. Keep
writing. After a few minutes, you will have a complete list.

Now choose the single most important item. Select one item from your
list that's more important to you right now. You can go for the others
later, so you'll want to save your list. But most importantly, for
creative visualizing to yield optimum results, you've got to choose a single
target, to the exclusion of all else.

3. Record key details about your goal. Once you have your goal or item
in sight, it's time to break it down and define it in detail. Now is
the time to get real clear about what you want. If it's a new car, state
the brand, the color, the model year, the major upgrades it has such as
the leather interior and upgraded sound system. Specifics are crucial
here. You want it to feel so real to you that it's as though you're
already in possession it. This is another vital component of effective
visualizing.

4. Rewrite and refine. Once you've got your single goal figured out,
it's time to re-shape your description into something that describes
exactly what you want. You've already started this. But now it's time to
take it to another level.

This creative visualization technique is like taking the overall
concept of what you intend to say in a letter-to-the-editor and then
converting it into a polished letter and submitting it. Refine your goal into a
powerful paragraph that details your goal powerfully and succinctly.

5. Draw it out. Is your goal something that you can imagine visually?
If so, capture the vision of what your goal looks like. If it's a car,
get a picture of the exact car, preferably with you in the driver's
seat.

If your goal is to break through your fear and deliver a great speech,
picture yourself delivering the performance of your life and receiving
a standing ovation.

It doesn't matter if you're artistically challenged like me -- no one
else is going to see your artwork. It's simply another way to convey
your deepest desire to your subconscious mind and the universe.

6. Record the description of your goal to your computer, digital
recorder, or MP3 player. A far easier option is to buy an already recorded
creative visualization CD related to the goal you wish to accomplish, or
the problem you want to overcome. By capturing your target goal (what
you want to visualize) in audio format, you can listen again and again.

7. Revisit your visualization often. Repetition is one of the secrets
to making it happen. You can't visualize your goal just once and expect
it to materialize. You've got to repeat it over and over again and
refine your goal as you go. Do that and you will manifest whatever you
want. Repetition is the secret to empowering your creative visualization
and giving it wings.

It takes a consistent effort to achieve anything worthwhile. Some goals
will come faster than others. But know in your heart that this process
of creative visualization will work if you continue to hold the vision
of a single objective relentlessly. Stick to it and the day will come
when your goal becomes reality for all to see.
